Our simple Yam Beans Porridge With Smoked Fish.

Wash your beans and cook till soft before adding the yam cubes you have peeled and cut.

Add other porridge ingredients like: pepper, salt, seasoning cubes, palm oil, dried fish and more water if needed.

Cover to boil and frequently check and stir until yam cooks soft and thickens with the beans.

Check for salt and add if needed.

Turn off the heat and serve your meal.
