Wheat Bread With Sunny Side Eggs And Greens.
 A slice of wheat bread or two, with some sunny side up eggs for protein and green vegetable salad is a very healthy way to start the day. Sometimes, I go for a vegetable breakfast and

leave the carbs out. The body still needs some carbs to remain fit and healthy. No matter how much we want to lose weight, complete elimination of carbs can be dangerous.  A balanced meal must contain all, including carbohydrates. 

 
As adults, we help ourselves by drastically reducing the quantity of carbohydrates. We know that carbs contribute a great deal to weight gain, we also know that complete elimination is not healthy.
To balance it, we can take less, like one or two slices of bread instead of a whole “loaf of bread.” Vegetables, especially the greens, are very important, if we make them a part of our daily life style, we will come to realize that it is not only an apple a day that keeps the Doctor away.
Green vegetables a day also keeps the Doctor away. How I make my salads is very simple and easy.
 
There are many healthy breakfast Ideas on this blog. Good breakfast ides for the whole family. Our Nigerian dishes are mostly carbohydrates, but, with a little effort, we can eat right.
