Please aunty Eya I don’t want my email address to be published with these. I have been married for over one and a half year now and I have not conceived yet, me and my hubby have been to the hospital to see a gyno,and he said we are ok just that my prolactin is high but I do ovulate and I know I
do because i have been tracking my ovulation with scan and for the past three months it has been confirmed that i ovulate. My question now is what could then be the problem of me not to have conceived yet? Please I need answers and prayers too from you all. Love you all.Kisses.

POSTER: Good morning aunty Eya,so grateful for your reply,yes I have seen those posts but is like my own case is a little bit different from those ones and I have commented too on those posts to ask my own question but nobody responded. Is just that I have noticed people tend to comment on a post more than giving attention to questions comment,all the same I will hold on to what U said.   1. Is hubby sperm count ok and are you on any prolactin lowering medicatn? I will advise you see another doctor most especially in a teaching hospital. It might be time consuming but its definately worth it. God bless u

  3. Don't get it twisted… If you have ur consciousness placed at a peak over ur TTC it may just be anoda reason to experience delays.

    Ovulation is usually from 3/4 days after you saw ur period it may last a few more days… Usually it's advised to have the sperm in 24 hours b4 ovulation even starts not after or wen it starts!

    Lastly, keep ur patience level high, be optimistic and prayerful..

  4. Does ur period come on d same day every month and hw many days does it last?
    Meanwhile,since u'v seen it dis morning,we can plan pregnancy for this month.ensure u have sex with ur husband on the 24th and 25th of this month as u r most likely to get pregnant on these 2 days.dnt miss it.after these 2 days u shldn't meet wit him for 3weeks so as nt to disturb the developing foetus.then do a blood test for pregnancy to be sure .have u gotten pregnant before ? Did u hv a miscarriage before?
    I'd like to knw so I can ascertain if u r ovulating.

  6. Maybe you should do a HSG X-ray to make sure your tubes are ok, if they are its just a matter of time and prayer

  8. dear poster, I had d same problem too with high prolactin and I was put on a medication calld PARLODEL it proves very effective. seek a medical advice first before purchasing it. goodluck

  9. Apart from medication, it is also important to reduce production of prolactin by the brain. Sucking the breast stimulates prolactin production. So ask your hubby to stop doing that during lovemaking.

  13. Another thing poster, just relax a year n half is still not long enuf 4 u to panic. Anxiety during love making is also a factor in not conceiving.
