Today I will like to bring up an issue,trust issues,mine is very bad,I know it but how can I stop suspecting
every single thing my partner does,I always feel he is up to something bad,even when he is not,this happened before in my last relationship,but I didn’t end it based on the fact that he was cheating on me,infact my ex never did,I got an award from one of his friends unknown to me,that I was the only woman who kept her man for 4years without him cheating.
I don’t know if I should just stop trying to find out if my fiance is cheating or I should keep trying,and please if u agree that I should,please write good tips for me on how to know if your man is cheating,asin…how to catch him red handed ,thank you.

Have you been hurt before by someone you trusted deeply? That may be your problem. If yes, pls realize that there are still good trust worthy people in the world. Trust is essential in any relationship.
Stop listening to people's stories about how all men are dogs. Stop watching movies that buttress that point. Including music and music videos. Men are not aliens with a special trait that makes them natural cheats. They are human beings like us and the way you might not want to cheat, is the way, they also dnt want to.
Yes, a lot of them do but that's cos they dnt have the fear of God. So if your man doesnt give u any concrete reason to suspect him, then dnt. Pls note that if a man is cheating and tries his best not to make you find out, you wnt know. So give urself peace and enjoy your man.
