Hello Aunty Eya and WCB’ers,
I was on summer holiday from Uni and I’m planning to spend it with one of my aunts in Abuja (I live in one of the south-south states).
I would like to know if you or any of your readers would know of a good fashion and design school/workshop or any fashion
house young people can go to, to learn how to cut material, sew etc.
I don’t just want to stay in my aunt’s house all through, lazing about.
I’ll appreciate if you can give me suggestions or/and post for your readers to help out too, thanks.

Depending on what you want to learn o n how fast u can learn, women center may not be it for 2 reasons 1) they run programes only. For 6month and yrly if they are already in sectioin which I think you may not be admitted. N 2)women center has lost its glory!! If it was in d 90s or early 2000s it was ok now its a shadow of its old self. Consedaring the time u have, I wld advice u go to wuse market or gariki mrkt and look for a shop to attach urself to, those talors make clothes(good) everyday so u don't have to wait for an addmission section. Moreso, u learn a variety cus u have a number of talors in one shop if u are a fast learner. U don't need more dan a month n they open all days of the week including sundays! All depends on u
