Scott Disick is reportedly worried that youngest son Reign isn’t his biological child.
A source is claiming that the reality star is closer to his children Mason, seven, and Penelope, five, because he doesn’t have the same bond with Reign, who turns three on December 14.
Reign was just six months old when Scott and Kourtney broke up. A source told In Touch Weekly : “Reign was conceived when Kourtney and Scott were going through a
rough patch. At the time, Scott didn’t question whether he was the father, but that soon changed.
“It didn’t take long for Scott to start having doubts as to whether Reign is actually his child.”
The insider claims Scott’s suspicions become heightened every time someone comments on the kids’ looks.
They say it “gets under Scott’s skin” that Mason and Penelope look like him but Reign looks more like Kourtney.
The source said: “There were countless times when they’d split up and not see each other for weeks. And whenever they had a huge argument, Kourtney went out of her way to see revenge. She’d often party with pals and close guy friends.” Scott, 34, who is now dating Sofia Richie, 19, asked Kourtney, 38, if he is Reign’s father, according to the source.
They added: “She outright denied [that Reign could be someone else’s]. During the heated bust-up, Scott brought up doing a DNA test. Kourtney said no, which has only heightened his suspicions.”
A second source told the publication that Kourtney “didn’t want to hear it” when Scott asked if he’s really Reign’s father.
Kourtney and Scott’s relationship ups and downs were followed very closely on their reality show, and there’s no suggestion that he isn’t the father.
Mirror Online has contacted Kourtney and Scott’s representatives for comment.
Scott was seen recently on Keeping Up With The Kardashians telling Kourtney that his wild behaviour is just a way to get back at her – but that he still loves her.
Scott told his ex that he is trying to be a better person and admitted he’s upset he didn’t get invited to Khloe Kardashian’s birthday party. He told her that he feels “like you love that you’re able to hold this over me and that’s like your control factor.”
But Kourtney, clearly tired of him, says: “And I feel like you think you can go out and do whatever you want and purposely try to hurt me and still get invited to everything.” Scott replied: “What does that mean, though, at the end of the day? What do you think that really means? That means I hate you? Or does that mean that I actually love you and I do things out of spite?”
“That’s not a way to show your love,” the mum-of-three says. “When someone’s trying to f**k with me, I’m not into having them at my sister’s party.”
“I don’t think that I do the right thing. I know that,” Scott concedes.
