INGREDIENTS FOR TIN TOMATO STEW:
- Medium-sized canned tomato paste
- 3 medium-sized onion
- pepper
- Black pepper powder (Optional)
- soya oil or any vegetable oil
- salt
- seasoning cubes
- Water
- Beef stock
COOKING DIRECTION FOR TIN TOMATO STEW:
- First I blended the tin tomatoes and chopped onion with peppers.
- Next, fry in oil with onion and seasoning cubes until the tomato begins to break into tiny bubbles.
- Finally, add the stock and check for salt and taste.
