To make this pounded plantain fufu, you only need a blender, stove, some water and cooking pot. Once the plantain is blended and poured in a pot, stirred like semo and it cooks itself in just minutes. It feels and tastes better when wrapped and left to cool a bit. Can be wrapped in leaves or cellophane bags.

HOW TO MAKE THIS PLANTAIN SWALLOW USING A BLENDER
- Wash and peel the plantain
- Chop into tiny pieces and blend
- Pour blended plantain into a cooking pot as shown in the picture above.
- Stir continuously until it boils and begins to cook and thicken. Just the way semo and amala fufu are made. Stir until cooked, elastic, smooth and soft.
- Scoop into your plantain, banana or moi moi leaves, wrap and set aside to cool and harden a bit. You can wrap in bags as shown above.
- Serve with any Nigerian soup of choice.
