INGREDIENTS FOR PUFF PUFF WITHOUT YEAST
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Warm water
- Sugar to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
STEPS TO MAKE
- First, use self raising flour. I make my own self raising flour right in my kitchen.
- Secondly, Using a spoon, egg whisk or your hands, mix the dry ingredients in a large kitchen bowl before adding warm water.
- Next and final stage before deep frying is to leave for just about 10 minutes.
- Deep fry using a deep fryer or any non stick cooking pot that’s deep. Even a deep frying pan will do. Fry in low heat and watch the balls rise.
