Hello Eya,
My name is Faith & my phone number & ……………..
Please do not publish my contacts
I found out that most times especially when ever am ill especially with malaria, I detest any meal prepared with oil (whether red, ground nut, soya, olive, soy, cow oils, butter).
Please I will be
glad if the house can suggest some meals (at least seven or eight different types) that can be prepared without any atom of oil.
Hopefully pap, tea, quaker oats, soaking Garri etc. shouldn’t be among these meals.
Thank you & God bless you all

Pepper soup, fisherman okra soup wiv pepper soup spices and scent leaf, rice and steamed veggies….
That's a very difficult one @ Poster. Just like there is hardly a meal we cook without salt, there is hardly also a meal we can prepare without oil.
But I'd be glad to hear from other members. Maybe there are such meals and we don't know about them.
Replace oil with vegetable broth.
Hehehehe, I suspect that is *GOOD MALARIA* if you know what I mean.
Congrats o.
Seconded(:-)
Almost every meal, can be cooked without oil. Be it stew, jollof rice, vegetable soup(Efo Riro ) can be cooked without oil. It's a matter of choice really. This is how I eat & my health is the better for it! I get my oils from natural sources, like nut, olives and so on.Nigerians need to reduce their intake of oil. Too much oil in every food
You can grill anything you want without adding oil eg ripe plantain and grilled fish

This is really helpful… I'm diagnosed of hepatitis and I've been asked not to eat any food with oil. I think I'll try other soup without oil cos I'm even tired of pepper soup.
