Nigerian buns, my third attempt and best yet. These buns are my best so far. I felt so proud of myself after this task. This my daughter that is beginning to ask for mummy’s bun every weekend I don’t know what to do about it.
Btw, About the camera and those congratulating me on the “supposed” purchase of a new camera., thanks but this old one doesn’t need any replacement yet. It has always been a great camera in the hands of a learner owner. I think I’m learning to use it better now.
Back to buns matter.
Last weekend, she woke up and asked for my buns AGAIN. I had to do this in a hurry without any recipe post in the kitchen. I refused to open AyaOba’s bun recipe. Just told myself that I am not a slow learner and refuse to be. I tried to remember the ingredients and steps, after a few minutes,
voila, these manageable but tasty buns were ready.I’m hoping and praying that she doesn’t remember mummy’s bun tomorrow Saturday.

I congratulate myself and hope it gets better. I am so scared to try again. I didn’t use any measurement and not sure how it turned out so good, that’s why I don’t want to try again. I hate a situation where my fourth attempt comes out looking worse. It’s advisable to always use measurement so you know where and waht to correct in case of incasity. See All The Ingredients for these buns HERE I try small!
Enjoy!

In making egg rolls, the dough recipe could be the same as in that for buns or simple sausage / ground beef (seasoned) . If you are using the buns dough recipe, the secret is adding some baking powder and a little bit dried yeast. And please the molding has to be perfect for greater effects. Phyllis E.
