day full of healthy snacking o. From morning till evening, I can remember snacking on 4 carrots, 3 oranges and 3 avocados. At dinner I served myself this half a finger of boiled plantain with stir-fry vegetables and roasted titus (Mackerel) (Dipped in the sauce *let me talk like Food Network chefs*). Still looking forward to 79 kg by weekend oh. Sha below is what I weighed yesterday.
The vegetable stir-fry is very easy to make…
Wash and cut all vegetables;
I used…
1 large green pepper
One large red bell pepper (tatashey)
1 medium sized red onion
One handful runner beans Green beans)
1 seasoning cube, you can add more
1/2 cup soya oil
Salt to taste.
1 smoked mackerel (titus). I don’t avoid meat o, just that I enjoy fish more.
Served with half a finger of plantain.
