I had previously sent you this e-mail but u ignored it. Please ma publish it because i need input from your fine readers.

I would like to bring to your attention the fact that we are yet to hear anything from Dortiye,the lady who was giving us a lecture about shopping online. She promised to come back to give us more tips on how to have a smooth shopping experience,e.g, how to use an agent,etc.

Can you kindly contact her ma or help me with her contact details as i am having some difficulties shopping particularly in the following areas:

1. How do i buy from different suppliers but get everything delivered to me by one person or at once.

2. Sometimes i want to buy a dress and it costs maybe 15dollars but they will now charge me up to 50 dollars for shipping. Where is the sense in that. And most times,i just want to buy a few quantity because although i want to resell, i have also heard that some of their fabric quality is not as nice when you see it in real life so i always want to order a little first to see how good the fabric is. Added to that,i cant do free shipping because this na business,i have shown people samples so i cant be waiting for two months to deliver their goods.

So is there any way i can pay less for shipping and have my goods deliverd to me on time.

3. Third,i remember you taught about escrow but please how does it work and how do i click the option. I hear of people who have bought goods and never had their goods delivered to them without a refund.

Eya,please post this ooo coz i really wanna start business. My new year resolution was to have another source of income asides my job and now February don dey end i never make any move or progress in that regard. I earn 75k a month and at the end of the month,im never able to say what i used money for. Is it reasonable to start saving 30k per month? I look forward to hearing from readers. Thanks!

I would advise you not to buy clothes from Ali express or any China online store cos the quality of the dresses are zero and are always very very small… the xtra large myt fit a size 8 person and b very tight.. they r small in stature and sew according to their sizes.. all the clothes I bought from them r just lying in my wardrobe and quality is zero. as per buying from multiple sellers and shipping at once, you can contact Chrisvicmall… type on Google and you wld have access to their website. They can help you with that. But I would advise you don't do business with Ali express.

  6. As for the delivery, I placed an order on the 15th Jan. and received it on 10th February (for free shipping), it was my first time and I ordered a small quantity of goods, women's wallets precisely, and they arrived in good condition; just as I saw it in their shop.

    I think to make things easy for you, buy a particular commodity from one shop, establish a relationship with one seller for a particular type of good, e.g: if you are shopping for handbags, contact the seller by sending a message to her, she will send u a link of all the handbags available in the shop.

  7. The quality of the stuffs have bought so far are not encouraging. I got two different jacket from different buyer and i can sincerely tell you that the second time i wore each, the thread started coming out. Their goods are of low quality

I have had terrible experience shopping on such sites mostly with the quality of goods. these days I just buy from Nigerian retailers, they have done the hard work and selected beautiful good quality items for me so why buy what I'm uncertain about? I particularly favour buying from Nigerian bloggers based in Nigeria as per they know fashion and some of them have stores with very good quality check out the following Nigerian retailers and bloggers and you would definitely find something cool + with no headaches

  11. I went into business last year. I started with 20k after some months I added more money. My capital all together was 75k.I calculated everything I sold last year dec+my gain…….it was close to 300k. In d space of 2months. I get my goods from Cotonu and they are fabulous.mega on point. Ranging from bags-sandals-purses-clutch-shoes etc.@ poster what I'm trying to say is…. You don't have to spend soooo much cos cost for shipping can be annoying. Also…..depending on the business you wanna go into you don't have to spend millions as capital.

  17. konga somtimes sell rubbish clothes i ordered for a tshirt 4 my bf d quality ws terrible when i got it i had to return it. so its a game of luck

  21. 4 d lady dat bought clothes dat were not her size, if u read d full details of all items d seller always specifies dat u shld add some inches 2 d clothing b4 buying. Check again. I use a tape rule 2 check my actual measurement b4 ordering. But d quality of some of der clothing dey disappoint ooo! Some r usually vry light or not as it was displayed. So I stopped ordering bulky. I order 1 @ a time. If I'm satisfied wit it I order 4 more. And as 4 delivery yes dey put 15-60days but all items I receive 15-30days. Hope dis helps

  35. Thank u all very much for your advice and input. I am so very grateful.for those who warned against shopping from aliexpress my problem is just that i want to have some measure of savings. Last year,my colleague said she had saved 500k since January,i felt so bad and ashamed of myself because i couldnt even boast of 100k. I just want to have sth that will enable me make some profit.
