More Pictures From Our Tour Of The Agbokim Waterfalls

Right in the main bowl of the Agbokim waterfalls.
We are here in December, and the tour guide explains that there is not much to see because at this time of the year, the water level has reduced. The best time to visit the Falls
is in July, August and even September. At this time, no one would have been able to get this close to the falls. The sound of the falling water would have scared the kids so much he says.

Some parts like the cave were already dry, that’s why we could get in to see the throne of the spiritual prince and princess.
Listening to Mr David the fun tour guide while standing on the roots of the king tree
The first two to arrive at the main bowl while the rest of us were still struggling with rocks, trees  and shrubs
The lovely Agbokim waterfalls in Naija
The most dedicated Driver  in Naija enjoys his bananas while helping out
The few who swore they’d make it to the water bed
Going downhill to be able to touch the waterfalls
Yay! at last we have a glimse of the waterfalls firsthand
Squatting in the waterfall’s cave, beside the  spiritual prince and princess’ throne
 The entertaining tour guide himself
turning our  backs against the waterfalls, deciding whether  to go further or go back home
 She made it!!!

IF YOU MISSED THE FIRST POST, GO here
This was such a fun day, the kids have not stopped talking about. Although stressful, the fun and excitement outweigh the stress. I guess we all lost some calories struggling to go downhill into the water. I promised more pics were coming so, I think we are done here, unless I change my mind. Lol!

  3. Your experience has inspired me to visit with my family. Please how does one go about securing a driver and tour guide for this? Also can we arrange for this from Obudu Ranch?
    Thank you.

  4. A Government Tour guide is there on standby, so, you don't need to arrange for any. You can make arrangements with a driver who knows Ikom in Cross River State where the falls are located and YES, I think you can arrange from Obudu Ranch 'cos it's near.

    Thank you Amy!
