Thanks. I exercise when I can especially now that I haven't visited the gym in a while. I also try my best to eat less carbs,most times I eat carbohydrate only at lunch.

@ Anonymous 21.48 can u please tell us why this type of lace is not good for men cos as for me and most people here we don't see anything wrong in it maybe if you tell us we may relate with you.

Anon 9.01 most cord laces are flowery and have patterns with holes which in most cases is quite feminine. I think that is what anon 21.48 meant. However the lace aunty Eya and hubby have on looks like it does not have the patterns with holes.
Speak for yourself o. I agree with that anonymous,i don't think men should wear such kind of laces. Them atiku,wool, guinea brocade etc are great for men but then again different strokes for different folks. Anonymous 21:48 seemed genuinely concerned and was not impolite in expressing his/her thoughts.
