Many People applied for this job but what shocks madam is that she finds an application from her late husband’s younger brother. The very brother that said vile things to her.
Should madam allow hubby to employ this former In-Law or throw his application in the trash can and keep moving on?
HER STORY BELOW AS SHARED ON SM…
“My first husband died 9 years ago. It took me many years to remarry cos of the way my in laws treated me. This was a man who was diagnosed with a terminal illness few weeks after the wedding. A man who my family rallied round to help.
For two years, my distant relatives housed us abroad and gave us the best medical care. My life was on hold for that period. I could boast of more than a million when I got married, but when he died i had nothing. Only for his family to turn round and accuse me of killing him, took all his property and money.got his pension and donations.
I died a thousand deaths but I am still standing and grateful to God. I dusted myself and threw myself into my career and God blessed me. I thank God that I met a wonderful man and for three months that we have been married, it’s been heaven on earth. Got pregnant immediately and he has been wonderful.
Now to the matter on hand, my hubby’s company is employing a manager. This is a multinational company and this job is one that will impact generations to come. Whose CV did I see among the potentials, my late husbands senior brother. The one that said the worst things about me, that still owes me 400k.
I just started crying and when I told hubby who he was, he said he understands and whatever I decide he will stand by me. So my dear mummys I want to ask how to react, one part of me wants to be at the board meeting and give him his employment letter after introducing myself.
So he will forever remember that God used me to bless him. The other part wants to personally tell him he isn’t getting the job. What should I do?
Other women and even men have advised that she forgives her former in law and gives him the job, even though some disagree
I think differently. For me, Wisdom is profitable to direct… In my own humble way. I’d advise to be careful for her own safety. Don’t give him the job in that company. Don’t let him know that you are there. Don’t even show up during the Board meeting.
Just be somewhere thanking your God for turning your sorrow to dancing again.
If you let your husband employ him and you think that he’ll be truly happy to ‘serve’ under you? Sorry. Be wise!
i go with this madam
Forgive him and pray that he’ll find a job faraway from you.
I don’t believe in sentiments. First is he the most qualified and the best fit for the job? Let him attend the interview like everyone else. In addition to paper qualification strength of character is very key, which he is lacking in and you are aware of. so for me, he doesn’t deserve the job.
