Keyshia Cole already got evicted for failing to pay $19,000 in back rent on her Santa Monica condo — and now she’s getting sued by her ex-landlord for allegedly trashing the place as she made her exit.
In the suit, he says the singer put holes in the walls and ceilings, scratched the floor, and destroyed door frames.
He lists the total damage at $150,000 … and wants her to cough up that amount, plus a little something for his emotional distress.
Check out a few photos showing the alleged damage to the property. For the rest, head on to tmz.
