What helped me is situps. I can go fourty sit ups at a time. It greatly greatly trimmed down my stomach.
Try Hip-hop Abs by Shaun T. Eat less, drinks lots of water during the day but not at night. Reduce food intake too.
Simple logic, simple answer. Eat less food.
Sit-ups will only tighten the stomach muscLes but it won't burn the fat ontop. Just gOogle how to burn belly fat
Like seriously, how will real nursing mothers that breastfeed their baby and get hungry often apply dis reduce food intake, eat less food method? Starve or go just stay hungry? I think I'll go with d exercise απϑ eat right. i.e vegetables, enough vitamins απϑ water.
Lots of exercise,take fruits in d mng dn shift food till arnd 12pm.u can dn go for light food at nite(before 6pm)
Am a nursing mother too jus eat wen u r hungry n not per second

During labour, immediatelly u put to bed, u should be allowed to rest or face the wall with ur belly resting on it

Did u hv CS or normal delivery? I had CS and a set of twin so u can imagine how huge my tummy was. I did sit- ups, bicycle crunches,aerobics and co. Reduce carbs, red meat and processed foods. Take at least 3ltrs of water per day. My tummy has gone down drastically but not completely.

I ddnt deliver tru CS, it was a normal delivery with no cut and my baby was 4point sometin. I really need to slim down n flatten my stomach b4 d end of this month. Thks
