How To Cook Spaghetti With Spicy Mutton Soup. This mutton soup can be cooked with goat meat. The taste is almost the same thing. It is very easy to cook. Macaroni can also be cooked this way.
The soup can be served with boiled rice for a change. It can be served the way we serve rice with our Nigerian tomato stew or be added to parboiled rice and cooked with more water until rice is tender.
Instead of tomato stew, we can cook Nigerian jollof rice with this mutton or goat meat soup.
Chicken can also be cooked like this mutton soup. The chicken has to be hard chicken or orobo hard. Soft chicken may fall apart in the pot. Everyone that ate this meal had to ask if I added coconut milk. I also felt it tasted like coconut rice, I don’t know why. I didn’t add anything coconut yet it had that coconut flavour.
It was very very tasty.
