How to cook coconut rice with sweet corn. This recipe is shown in cooking pictures. There is a steip by step photo session shown from the beginning of cookicng t to the end of cooking.

How to make coconut rice with sweet corn and corned beef |
Boil coconut milk until the pot start boiling. |
Add washed rice to boiling coconut milk and a pinch of salt. |
Cook rice in coconut milk until done.
After rice is cooked, feel free to sprinkle some sweet corn and stir as shown below or skip. |
Steps To make corned beef stew
- Just open the can of corned beef.
- Empty into a pot and add a little water.
- Break into tiny pieces of corned beef and leaf to boil
- Check for salt and add if needed.
- Once it boils, your corned beef stew is ready to serve with boiled coconut rice.

Always had issues cooking Coconut rice wit all d ingredents poured inside..its ends up coming out too cooked cos I just keep pouring it all inside….lol

I've never tried coconut rice, its time to come out of my comfort zone and try it. Its that ur beach coconut rice n fried chicken dat I'd really love to try, pple gave positive feedback after trying it so I shld be alright with it – I think.

It's true. Corned beef is salty, when making a corned beef sauce, avoid salt in your rice or else, you won't be able to eat it. Too much salt is not good for the body sef.
