How to Adopt babies in Nigeria

Hello Aunty Eya.  Please help me with information on how to adopt babies in Nigeria.

I found your blog while searching on items to bring to the hospital during child delivery.  My sister is at her last trimester of pregnancy and getting ready to pack her hospital bags.  While helping her,  I searched on Google and found your blog.  You helped us separate baby items from new mum items thanks.

While helping my pregnant sister,  I thought about asking you for a little help with adoption.

We have been married for 7 years now.  I’m trying to conceive and we are still hoping for the best.  In the meantime,  I suggested to hubby that we adopt a child and start from there.  Even though he  eventually accepted,  my husband still prefers us getting a surrogate to carry the baby.

Getting a surrogate for our baby? I haven’t heard of Nigerians getting surrogate mums to carry their babies and I feel like adopting a child is easier here than getting a surrogate.  I don’t know, just saying.

I managed to convince my man that it’s easier for now to adopt a baby and love.  With time,  if we find a surrogate,  we’ll gladly accept and pay the price because I have infertility issues as a result of PCOS.
