Even though we cannot all have Beyonce’s body because we are all different, we can draw inspiration from her and try to also make US look better in our own bodies. If she can achieve that body, then it’s
achievable. If I cannot be that size and shape, I should be able to maintain a healthy weight in my own body type. Losing weight is not easy but shouldn’t be as difficult as we make it seem. Workouts should be fun and not seen as very difficult work.
Working out at least three to five times a week as confessed by the Queen herself. The mother of three has a diet regimen that helps her stay in shape. After trying so many diets, like The Maple syrup Diet and others, her exercise physiologist Marco Borges devised a plan that really worked for her and we know that Beyonce herself says that she is not naturally a slim woman, her body has the tendency to grow fat and even become obese if she lets it but she doesn’t, she works really really hard to maintain that body.
Never heard of Beyonce going under the knife to lose weight, if she did any form of plastic surgery, it will
be out in a matter of days but we never hear and After gaining all that weight while pregnant for the twins, we waited patiently to see if she can return back to slim Beyonce and she did, even though it wasn’t easy, she achieved it. At 169cm (approximately 5ft.7) tall and weighing 59kg, Beyoncé is a healthy weight and she looks fabulous. Here’s how she achieved it:
Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s friend, their exercise physiologist, Marco Borges devised the 22-day vegan cleanse. As the name suggests, the diet cuts out all meat and dairy products (No dairy products means eating nothing produced from milk gotten from animals like cow milk, goat milk, ram milk or any such milk except milk from plants, no eggs, no yogurt, no ice cream as well as wheat. Sounds difficult? Yes. Sounds possible? Yes! She followed this regimen for complete 22 days.

If you are interested, Beyoncé’s diet advice is very simple: follow a low-calorie diet, stay away from red meat, eat lots of fish and replace pasta and rice with quinoa. But down-to-earth Beyonce also says: “I always treat myself to one meal on Sundays when I can have whatever I want.” and that’s it.
“I’ll put on a song that I really like and do (biceps curls with holding five-pound weights for the whole song and just try to burn out,”
“When I had to lose 60 lbs they had me on that treadmill. I ate lettuce!”
“The truth is it’s a lot of sacrifice. It’s more about your mental strength than physical strength. You have to push yourself. It doesn’t matter what trainer you have. And it doesn’t matter what program you’re on. You have to be healthy and make the right choices,”
