Sure lunch for me tomorrow since I still have some stew left. I'll rather buy titus fish, boil and debone, then add to the stew! Yummy!
Sis Eya, did u make the isi ewu and plantain same day as this sardine stew and plantain? You really do love cooking. I'm guessing u made the sardine stew for your kids because they don't eat isi ewu. I bought some unripe plantain yesterday and I'll use ur recipe for plantain porridge with uziza and smoked fish. I've only ever eaten unripe plantain boiled so wish me luck. Lizzy
You guessed right Lizzy. The kids don't like isi ewu, so I served their plantain with fish stew. They enjoyed it so much.
I wish you luck Lizzy! You are so going to enjoy it and feel healthier too.
I didn't cook all those the same day Lizzy. The isi ewu and stew were brought out of the freezer. The only thing I did was warm them, add fish to the stew and then boil plantain.
It's OK Shallie, you are welcome anytime. Thanks for sharing my recipes!

Beloved Sister Eya,
Your amaranthugu vegies with rice is just superb, I will be eating rice exactly this way with palm oil instead of groundnut oil to avoid cholesterol o! Even the unripe plantain I was thinking how to cook it, you also displayed it very well for me. Infact this your column is very very rich o! I will join you and your family to be enjoying all what you people are enjoying o!
Even the Isi ewu I was thinking how they cook it, you also displayed it to the common man understanding. Infact you too much my sister. I am wishing you long life in Jesus' name for teaching me all these. I really love you and your large heart of sharing.
