Yes! We have been waiting for the month when my kitchen diary recipes (food blog) were merged with wives connection and November it is. I have been worried about how to include our recipe contributors who live outside Nigeria. When we did the blog anniversary giveaway, it was restricted to readers in Nigeria reason being that I wasn’t sure how to get the award to winners outside this country.
Right from November 1, I have been thinking and resisting the urge to make it another “Nigeria only giveaway” because we have received recipes from readers in other continents too. Now with the success
stories of Aliexpress.com and me being contacted by my Sales person and informed when to expect my goods in Nigeria, I just smiled and said Aliexpress is answered prayer for this Giveaway.
The winner of this Giveaway will have the product shipped directly to them with no stories of winning without being able to receive the items. Voting runs through Wednesday to Friday. The winner will be picked on Saturday November 30.

By God’s grace our recipe Giveaway is going to be an annual thing as a way of appreciation cos if you have posted a recipe here, you’ll know that cooking and taking step by step pictures is not an easy thing. Food takes longer to cook when you have to pause every time to take pics. Hubby and friends will be asking why cooking is taking so long sef!
We have over three hundred recipes on this blog and 104 are by you guys. GREAT JOB!!!

Good morning aunty Eya and wc readers I have a seemingly silly question and i need advice. Sorry for posting here just that i need quick answers. Got married some weeks back. Me & hubby were both first timers as per sex. Thing is his been trying for weeks to penetrate me to no avail he even had a look down there and was like the opening was just too small. Just a finger could get in after much foreplay. Well, we skipped some days of trying and only yesterday with just little foreplay his able to enter fully @ the first attempt, his not even rock hard o and he didnt use his finger o! What would cause the vagina to just expand like that? Does it normally happen? He says it was even wider than his sex organ. Is it normal? We want to know o? Yes, i was aroused but i had been so previous times and it was still impossible. I was even expecting pain and bleeding. Nothing like that o. Sorry i had to bring a silly question up here but am always shy discussing sex matters with others. I prefer to read up or discuss these stuffs with my hubby. We are both clueless. We browsed online about it yet no satisfactory answer.

I am voting for Mrs Sykes for her Corn Moin-moin recipee. Its a delicacy I love eating alot during corn season and she actually nailed it in her post. Besides, I love purely African recipees alot not a fan of 'oyinbonized' recipees.

Got married recently and faced the challenge. I spoke to an elderly friend that gave the best advice, which was…keep trying, be gentle and both of you relax and have fun. Her reason was that its like passing through an unused road.
But the thing is, once your husband has gone through, its easy from then on.

I tried using EMS delivery but found out d cost is so high bt cheaper compare to odas lik DHL except d china post air mail which is as good as no cost bt delivers late. 1) Deborah Bala- she caught my attention with her mouth-watering recipes from the very moment I begun visiting this blog. I think I remember seeing her couscous and shrimp meal and, though I managed to buy a satchet of couscous from a pakistani shop, I sorta lost the zeal to experiment and kept it asside regardless.
2) Omalicha AKA Chizzy- for her recipe on peppered rice with runner beans and teaching me what 'egg moi moi' is (not forgetting the french toast and that awesome ogbono recipe- almost sounds like 'pepersoup' ogbono- it even had garlic and ginger!!). You two are the real contestants here, I have to say.
