Egusi stew turned vegetable soup.

This is the left over egusi stew I made last weekend. Some people want to eat eba today and there is no soup at home,  so, I just turned the stew into soup. I have these ugu vegetables in the fridge with some left over pieces of boiled meat and stock. Soup is ready!

I didn’t know it will turn out so delicious o, I was scared, worried that if it doesn’t go well, that means my stew is wasted, but eh, come and see finger licking.

No one even suspects it’s the old egusi stew. Compliments are pouring in for the soup. I have cooked egusi and bitter leaf vegetable soup
Also cooked egusi and ugu vegetable soup together before but never tried tomatoes in fluted
pumpkin. This combination is wow.

If you made the egusi stew and still have some, just take a little and add ugu vegetable with some ingredients. You won’t believe the taste. Yummy. Fear nor gree me add any oil but the soup still sweet abeg.
