Thanks for this idea for using green foods. I was not actually looking for them for a salad strictly. I was actually interested in them for another reason. I stir fried some greens today and added crushed raw peanuts to them- tasted great.
Vegetables are healthy and sometimes, those that we have need of in a salad or elsewhere are hard to find. Substitutes are available but sometimes hard to think of. By looking at your picture I have been able to get so many ideas.
Thank you green foods. Can you please name the greens you stir fried? I would love to try it out.
