Queen Beyoncé, mum of three including a six month old set of twins is looking more bootylicious than ever since welcoming the twins, Sir and Rumi, but some followers believe it’s too good to be true. It’s too quick to lose all that baby weight like magic. In fact, Queen Bey’s flawless post-baby body has many convinced it’s fake.
In a recent Instagram post, the 36-year-old beauty showed off her impressive figure in a
pair of shorts and knee-high boots. Posing alongside her hubby JAY-Z, it’s hard to believe she gave birth to twins less than six months ago. Her weight loss inspired the then-new mom to show off her figure for the “Partition” music video. “I was 195 pounds when I gave birth. I lost 65 pounds,” she said. “I worked crazily to get my body back. I wanted to show my body. I wanted to show that you can have a child and you can work hard and you can get your body back.” she says.
She continued, “I know that there are so many women that feel the same thing after they give birth. You can have your child and you can still have fun and still be sexy and still have dreams and still live for yourself.”
For those who claim Beyonce went under the knife to quickly lose all that baby weight, do not forget that she is a vegan and THAT is a sure way to lose weight. When you watch Beyonce’s videos, her dance is very vigorous, she rehearses until her heels bleed. You can imagine. Stop thinking surgery, The superstar is a determined, self motivated hard worker.
She eats right (and is a vegan)
One perk of being a celebrity is having access to a nutritionist and personal chef to help tailor a post-pregnancy diet. So it’s no surprise that Beyoncé, who is open about her veganism, has help when it comes to putting a menu together. (Although there are also whispers that she has adopted a special olive and avocado diet since the twins were born.)
While the rest of us probably don’t have nutritionists and personal chefs on hand, we can still take a page out of Beyoncé’s book. Eating right is a big part of weight loss, so preparing meals for yourself that aid in the process is crucial. Going vegan or just leaving out carbs for two weeks can help one lose upto 10kg even without exercise, what then happens when workouts are included?
