Ingredients for chicken soup with stock fish
This Nigerian chicken soup is cooked without oil just like white soup.
|
This Nigerian chicken soup can be served with boiled rice, spaghetti, macaroni or swallow. It tastes so great. I like it with much pepper but couldn’t add more here cos of the kids. It is best enjoyed hot. Enjoy your chicken and fish with your fingers or a fork and then drink your soup with a spoon.
It can also be served as a dessert if you like it that way.
Enjoy!

Aunty Eya, pls is it all the leaves mentioned that will be put in or only one, e.g uziza alone. And which one is mint leaves again? Neva heard of it in our nigerian markets. Thankyou
Not all the leaves. Cook with the one you prefer. Mint leaf is scent leaf.
