FRIED RICE

On this category, we share different fried rice recipes. Ranging from Nigerian fried rice with coated chicken, chicken gizzard fried rice cooked with tiny pieces instead of cow liver.

My simple method for cooking most of these recipes is the lazy man method.  With this easy method,  I stir fry the vegetables with seasoning and mix with my cooked turmeric and curry rice.
