Let ur friend ask her doctor this question, or read educative books on pregnancy. Eg every woman
POSTER: so sorry 4 d typos
No weight gain is too much during pregnancy. What your friend should do is eat whenever she feels hungry. she must not starve herself cos of weight. She'll work to lose the baby fat after delivery. The baby is growing, plus the sac and amniotic fluid and her own body is expanding to contain the baby.
Do not worry about your body during pregnancy cos starvation might harm your baby. Ensure that weight is shed after delivery and you'll be fine.
I moved from 70kg to 95kg but guess what? I lost it all due to work outs after delivery. Now my weight is 79 and I love it.
Pls wen is d right time to start situps after delivery??
Poster pls tell ur friend not to worry abt d weight cos she will still increase in size, she still has some more wks to go, so she shd just love d weight for now, after delivery she will lose most of d weight.
I was 70kg b4 I got preg,d day I gave birth I weighed 100kg, guess what I ve lost all d weight n back to 70kg in 5mths.
She shd love her weight gain for now, its for a while.
Wish her safe delivery when d time comes n her remain preg period stressfree ..
Adebubler.
Poster;thank you guys soooooo much,u have helped a great deal.may God bless you y'll
She could ask her doctor cause I know that for some people it gets excessive but chances are that she's fine.
For instance, I was 60kg before pregnancy, 78kg at my heaviest in pregnancy. 3 weeks post birth I'm 64 and still losing weight so she'll be fine
Lol….So Eya forget hide this detail..
Y don't u start with long walks instead…
I used to weigh 60kg, now I'm 80kg in my 33weeks, doctor said my baby and I are fine.
sorry to digress, is it right to add some sugar to a two year old pap. She hates taking the pap when its not sweetened. Tried glucose also.
Its ok to add sugar! But u can alternate it with original honey or sweetened milk if u want
My dear, sugar is vry important to a growing child.Infact,a doctor recommended sugar for my son before he clocked 2yrs.Just make sure is cubes and not the one used 4 baking.
