That we all enjoy eating instant noodles doesn’t mean that it’s 110 % good for our health. Noodles are food for the stomach like any other food but has some side effects. These side effects are more pronounced when people cook plain noodles with just seasoning and water.

The addition of vegetables, especially fresh vegetables not canned and processed ones sha. The addition of vegetables to our noodles meals can help with reduce some side effects.

Instant noodles side effects may be experienced soon after eating or later. These side effects may never even show if we learn to cook noodles the proper way like how we prepare noodles for babies. Parboiling like we did on that noodle recipe can reduce or completely take away these bad effects.

If your kids are the noodle loving type, try as much as possible to make them add vegetables, especially onion. Onion goes really well with noodles and it has medicinal properties. Noodles are fast foods

that should come in when we need to eat in a hurry and go out. Noodles Should come in when we need to do some emergency cooking. If you can, even though the kids love noodles so much, prevent them from eating this daily. It shouldn’t be a daily food. They should skip it some days and eat other foods too.

All the nutrition they are getting from noodles is just carbohydrates. Ordinary plain carbohydrates that will not even boost their immune systems. Adding enough vegetables is the only way to make noodles nutritious.

I don’t know of any other way that we can make our noodle meals healthy.
