Indomie Noodles with shredded beef and sausage.

For this one, we are making indomie noodles with Beef, sausage, carrots, cabbage and more. Indomie noodles are the fastest to cook when one is very hungry. It’s a Sunday. Water is not running and there is no way I’ll leave my family hungry because there’s no water. We are going to make Indomie noodles our Sunday Lunch today. They love noodles unlike me.
I just ate my homemade pizza and I’m ok, so, they’ll have to make do with this delicious indomie noodle Sunday Lunch. On this blog, we have shared many indomie noodle recipes. Some cooked plain, some with vegetables and others watery like pepper soup noodles. Even shredded chicken noodles.
To cook noodles with shredded beef, we need to cook the beef first till done before adding our indomie noodles and other ingredients. Here, we cooked the washed shredded beef in a pot with just salt and onion. Once the meat is done, we added some water, and the seasoning, waited for it to boil, then added the noodles and vegetables plus shred sausage at the same time. They all cooked in just five minutes and lunch is ready.
HOW TO COOK INDOMIE NOODLES WITH SHREDDED BEEF AND SAUSAGE
INGREDIENTS:
2 packs of noodles
1 cup shredded beef
1 frankfurt sausage
A handful cabbage
Pepper
1 medium sized onion
1 medium sized carrot
COOKING STEPS FOR NOODLES WITH SHREDDED BEEF AND SAUSAGE
- Add washed shredded beef to a pot with a pinch of salt and onion. Stir and leave to simmer and cook. The juices in the beef are enough to cook the meat till done.
- Add some water with noodle seasoning and leave to boil.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and leave to cook for five minutes or till you are satisfied with the doneness.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious noodles lunch.
