DAY 21 of my weight loss journey with Nigerian food. Saturday March 24, 2018 This should have been posted like yesterday sef but no problem I’ll still post now.
After breakfast and lunch, I snacked on 2 cobs of roasted fresh corn, snacked on avocado and 3 very ripe, inviting mangoes.
Yes. I had breakfast and it was left over Moi moi and just 1 cup pap (Just one cup of pap oh,with peppered moi moi.
I ate #Nigerianjollofrice with chicken and coleslaw for lunch but didn’t eat dinner because I needed to respect myself after all that fresh corn, mangoes and avocado.
Forgot to weigh myself before breakfast so I just let it go
