Mosa And Dodo Gizzard by Mrs Morgan. Good afternoon,have learnt so much from Wc so I deem it fit to share this Mosa and dodo gizzard recipe with the house,it’s one of the small chops we long for at Nigerian events.

Very ripe plantain
Flour
Ground pepper
Maggi cube
Salt
Shredded fish[optional]
You blend d plantain to smooth,add your flour and other ingredients mix till smooth leave for 10min to stand after which u deep fry.

Dodo gizzard Ingredients
Ripe plantain
Gizzard
Tomatoes
Pepper
Green pepper
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Tyme
Curry
Salt
Vegetable oil
Preparation
Marinate gizzard with garlic,ginger,thyme,curry,maggi and salt.- u can decide how long you want it to marinate together.
- steam the gizzard on fire till soft.
- dice your Plantain into cubes add ginger and a pinch of salt.
Slice your vegetables and set aside.
Cut your gizzard into smaller portions after it’s cooked.
Fry your plantain on low heat till slightly brown take it out and fry d gizzard slightly take it out and fry your veggies add seasoning. - when its dry add your fry plantain and gizzard leave to simmer for 5 mins and serve.
Also try our dodo gizzard with white rice

@mrs bala nd mrs joy yes I add d fish b4 frying btw u can use any fish of ur choice.I used roasted titus fish.

To marinate means seasoning d meat 2gther nd leaving it 4 som time b4 steaming on fire.d timining is depending on u,but mk sure its kept in d fridge.
