This sandwich toast doesn’t take time to make. Sometimes I add boiled eggs with the thinly sliced onion. I didn’t add cheese to the one with onion. I like sardines and onion toast but not with cheese. It can be served with any fruit of your choice.
How to make sandwich toast with cheese, sardine and onion
Take two slices of wheat bread
Rub Margarine on both slices.
Add Crushed sardines and cheese to bread.
Place slices of sandwich Cheese on bread
Add Thinly chopped onion and fish on bread
Cover the two slices with another 2slices of bread. That makes four.
Place on the sandwich toaster, close and toast still bread browns and aroma fills the room.

In fact, as I was eating it, I was just imagining how I will be able to cope with Ahdaisy's pancake with ripe plantain recipe if I didn't like the banana recipe. Well, its called gastronomy. Next time I will try and add very little banana and blend it and see if I'll like it.
