shredded goat sauce gravy served with rice and spaghetti
The recipe here is how to make Shredded goat meat sauce (Gravy) shredded chicken sauce or shredded beef sauce are a welcome change from the tomatoes stew. Sometimes it gets boring having to serve Rice, macaroni or spaghetti with red Nigerian tomatoes stew all the time.
Whenever I want to vary, sauces come in handy. They are easy to make, and cook very fast too. Sometimes, I serve gravy with a side of stew, at other times like here, I just enjoy my meal with just the gravy alone.
Ingredients for shredded goat meat sauce (Gravy):
shredded goat
baking flour
cabbage
green pepper
maggi seasoning
onion
curry
vegetable oil
water
Cooking Procedure for goat meat gravy sauce
boil washed shredded goat with seasoning and onion for 15 minutes
Add flour and allow to simmer and thicken
Cook chopped vegetables and curry, seasoning in a little vegetable oil for about 7 minutes or more
Add cooked vegetables to the goat gravy
Serve with rice, macaroni, spaghetti, boiled yam or boiled unripe plantain
And a side of sweet fruit like pineapple.

check for salt and seasoning and let vegetables cook in oil

Maggi Arome is liquid maggi in a bottle. You can use any seasoning of your choice.
Great job a different kind of sauce using goat meat. But pointer here, your fruits should either be eaten 1 or 2hours before or after meal.
