The quantity serves 3. This is how to make the best Nigerian pancakes without baking powder. Original Nigerian pancakes are made with a few ingredients with no baking powder at all.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons powdered Milk
- 1 small Onion
- 2 tablespoons sugar or to your taste (Optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water
- 3 eggs
- Vegetable oil to grease the non stick fry pan
Direction for making the best Nigerian pancake
- Sieve the flour into a bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients and water
- Stir very well
- Finally add the eggs and whisk or stir till all ingredients are well blended. Taste a little with the tip of your tongue to see if the salt and sugar are okay.
- Heat the greased fry pan and pour a little into it, After 10 seconds you can pour another layer on it to create a beautiful design.
- Let it cook, flip and cook the other side then taste to see if you need to add any salt or sugar.
- Now make the remaining batter in batches and serve hot.

Yes u can add melted butter.by microwaving it or put in a big bowl containing hot water to melt the butter
