Check for salt, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes
Add sieved baking flour and some water, mix properly, check for salt and seasoning, let it simmer for another 5 minutes
Back To Vegetables
Add the chopped vegetables with curry, a little vegetable oil, seasoning and salt to taste. Stir and cook in low heat for 5 to 7 minutes
Do empty cooked vegetables and the shredded chicken sauce in a pot, check for thickness, salt and seasoning before covering and leaving to simmer for 5 minutes or as long as you feel is Ok for you, before turning off the heat.

Enjoy cooking this shredded chicken sauce!/ gravy cooked with vegetables.
I already ususally make this, although using a slightly different method. Truly, when you eat it ehn…you'll feel like licking the sauce pan 🙂 Beef lovers can also try this with minced meat, or diced beef…but you'll have to cook the beef very well.
Btw, aunty Eya, pls where do you buy shredded chicken? I usually shred my chicken myself either before I cook it, or after cooking it, I let it cool then bring them out, wash my hands and use my hands to shred the chicken. This method helps you get most of the flesh off the bone but I end up almost finishing the chicken on the spot. 🙂 So buying already shredded chicken will save both time and 'long-throat'….:-D
To avoid eating everything on the spot, shred raw chicken. Shredded chicken can be got from departmental stores. I shredded this myself. Got a live chicken which was prepared at the market. When I got home, I picked out the pepper soup parts and shredded the meaty parts as you can see on the third picture. It tastes so, so, good!
I reaLly enjoY stopping by your blog, weldone! Pls once in a while can you put up food presentation tips, garnishing methods and how to preserve and store utensils like cooking pots, cutleries etc. Thank you

No, do not add more water. May be you should try making another salt less quantity to add to the salty one.
Can I use corn flour instead of flour? Then, I like adding' soy sauct just to give it a twinge. Nice job here and keep it up. We should do a cooking fest together soon.

Personally, haven't tried using corn flour as a thickener but people say it's good.
Yes, you can use corn flour. I should try adding soy sauce, sounds yummy.
I AM IN!
I'm eating mine right now. So damn delicious! Thank you! For the first time, i love my food. Thanks Eya
Awwww, thank you too.
i made this today and brought some to the office to share wt my colleagues for val, and all have been hailing me all day dat i gave dem food live from the internet. lol.
thank you so much thot i have lost my food touch.
nne
@Nne, hope your colleagues didn't empty your food warmer?
@ Ahdaisy, I just got both shredded chicken and beef at Park n Shop. You don't need to do the shredding anymore so you don't overload on chicken. LOL!
The fact that veggies are in a meal do not make the meal healthy. Over boiling it removes the nutrients and frying it makes it junk food.
