Nigerian Peppered Soft Brown Beans With Yam

Peppered beans with yam is a delicacy. The only time you don’t enjoy it is when the beans is tasteless. Cook  beans very soft and not too thick, you are sure of
Eating more than is needed by the body.  I love beans, and like I said before, my love for beans depends on how the beans is prepared. I hate tasteless, pepper less beans.
 
Ingredients:
  1. Beans 2 cups
  2. yam
  3. knorr cube 1
  4. salt
  5. pepper sauce 2 dessert spoon fulls
  6. onions
  7. palm oil
  8. water
  9. Yam

 

 a serving of yam with porridge brown beans

 
Let me assume that we can boil salted yam and just go straight to beans recipe.  Wait until water boils before  adding salt to yam

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Pick and wash beans, put in a pot with some water and palm oil.
  2. Continue to check and wait until beans begins to get soft before adding salt, seasoning cubes, and pepper, allow to simmer and cook until beans is tender. Serve with salted boiled yam.

  3. Hmmmm all I can say is Abasi ufiong fi tutuuuuuu thats God bless you plenty in my language. I have cooked beans 3 times since Sunday to show you how yummy. I fried the pepper with a lot more onions which gave it a great taste and flavor. Adding it into the beans was a great marriage. Yummmmmmm
